I am currently in the process of credentialing with Anthem and UnitedHealthcare insurance providers. Currently, I am temporarily out of network, although I will be in-network soon. You have the option to do a free consultation in the interim and save a future appointment when I am in-network or welcome to self-pay at a discounted rate in the meantime to access services sooner.
